The source for the information about Ray and Charles Eames is the documentary Eames: The Architect and the Painter. As we learn more about the Russian government’s intrusion into the democratic process in the US and as my anger towards Putin and his collaborators deepens, it’s important to me that I remember that I am not angry with the Russian people.
I don’t paint a lot of flowers, though every time it does me a world of good. The story behind my painting of poppies is in line with the forget-me-not piece as is the one that goes with my mum painting.
