Blog / 2017 / How to Avoid Art Scams
October 16, 2017
This conversation with scammy business person shows you some of the bullying tactics that I refer to at the end of the video. I have never fallen for an out-and-out scam, but I have trusted people and institutions who lied. I share my mistakes on my blog hoping that people who can’t be truthful about their intentions will stay away from me and that other artists will make better choices than I have.
Art is the love of other humans made tangible across space and time. When a person can’t get a hug from a friend, art is there to make them feel seen and understood. Please share my work with your favorite people!
Maybe this post made you think of something you want to tell me? I’d love to hear from you.
