How does the porcupine seem to you? What’s the point of the traffic cones? Do the spikey virus balls floating along in soap bubbles have anything to say?

Many people accept repeated bouts of COVID as a fact of life, but some people—including me—are still trying to avoid it. In particular, I’m afraid of long COVID, which can impact up to fifty percent of those infected.

What can you do to alleviate the anxiety of the people around you? How do you soothe your own concerns about future deadly airborne viruses and other kinds of disasters?
