Sometimes repeating is magical. Last month, my friend Sarah Greenman shared this brilliant post by Sara Benincasa. After reading it, I knew I had to get my hands on her book Real Artists Have Day Jobs. In fact, I’d just devoured all 52 of Sara B’s essays when Victoria Ford came to interview me for an article about my art. And because I would not shut up about the book, Victoria mentioned it in the article.
Well, Sara B saw the mention, and, after looking through some of my work, she mentioned this vlog on Twitter. And now I’m mentioning that and writing all this to bring it back to Sarah G who started us on this sweet mention-go-round. It’s the circle of repetition! Also known as: the way good stuff gets around.
