SiriOm calls everyone “babe” no matter their gender, and it makes me happy. Until I moved to Lambertville, street harassment and old men telling me to smile had been way too big a part of my life. Here in the LBV, the blissful hole left by that misogynistic garbage is filled by the warmth of strangers and SiriOm’s ubiquitous “babe.”
