This is the portrait of a daughter commissioned by a parent, and it’s something I do quite a bit. I’ve painted young daughters like her and these two cuties, as well as slightly older girls like her and her. These teenage sisters were a joy to paint, as was this adult daughter. For this double portrait, the daughter commissioned the image of herself and her mother. You can watch me paint Marine’s portrait.
